NDC leaders in Parliament in a jubilant mood as the Speaker Alban Bagbin has directed the Clerk to return court documents served by bailiffs on the Parliamentary Service.
This directive effectively allows the NDC minority to hold the majority of seats in Parliament.
Taking to his X handle, the Member of Parliament for Madina, Francis-Xavier Sosu, expressed his gratitude for the Speaker, stating that the Supreme Court orders are “obviously only an exercise in futility.”
