Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin has rejected writs served on Parliament by the apex court regarding the vacant seats controversy in the House.
Reports by JoyNews indicate that the Speaker has directed that the documents be returned to the Supreme Court.
This comes after Alban Bagbin demanded that his lawyers seek legal action to temporarily suspend the Supreme Court’s recent declaring four parliamentary seats not vacant, this is according to a JoyNews report.
