The New Patriotic Party (NPP) says it has intercepted an alleged secret document of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), which is aimed at making the country ungovernable.
According to the Communications Director of the party, Dr. Richard Ahiagbah, this document has been behind all the unreasonable stands of the NDC in major socio-political issues.
