Black Stars winger Ernest Nuamah scored a stunning goal to help Olympique Lyon secure an away victory over Nice in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday, March 9, 2025.
Nuamah produced a moment of brilliance, curling the ball from the edge of the box into the top left corner, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance to make a save.
His goal sealed Lyon’s 2-0 victory, providing a crucial cushion in the final minutes of the match.
Ernest Nuamah started the game on the bench and came on in the 66th minute, replacing Malick Fofana.
Despite playing only 24 minutes, he delivered an impressive performance, earning a 7.4 match rating. He had 24 touches, created one chance, had one shot on target, and scored a goal.
