Shatta Wale has addressed the ongoing feud with Black Sherif, clarifying his comments on the young artist’s fashion sense while issuing a warning against further mockery.

In a recent interview, the dancehall icon explained, “I don’t sometimes get his fashion sense; it’s not that he doesn’t know how to dress.” Shatta also expressed frustration over Black Sherif’s decision to mock him on social media, including sharing a photo of him wearing what appeared to be fake Calvin Klein boxer shorts.

“He thinks he’s so exposed,” Shatta said. “The diamonds I wear will take Black Sherif like ten years to own them. I won’t lie to you—he should go and ask the price of a diamond. It’s not for kids.”

Shatta further cautioned Black Sherif, urging him to stop the taunts. “Someone should advise him to stop because he’s towing a line that has never worked before.

The feud began when Shatta Wale commented on Black Sherif’s fashion choices during an appearance on the Bants, Rants, and Confessions podcast. While Shatta claimed his remarks were misunderstood, Black Sherif didn’t hold back, first sharing a Snapchat post captioned “I plaster everywhere,” poking fun at Shatta’s outfit, and later escalating with the boxer shorts post.
