Javier Mascherano is set to become head coach of his former Barcelona and Argentina teammate Lionel Messi as he is linked with the Inter Miami job, ESPN reports.
Mascherano will leave his post as manager of Argentina’s youth team to take over at Inter Miami as he will replace Gerardo “Tata” Martino, who exits the club after a year and a half due to personal reasons.
