Chelsea want to sign Bournemouth defender Dean Huijsen and one of his teammates this summer.
Enzo Maresca currently has Levi Colwill, Wesley Fofana, Tosin Adarabioyo, Benoit Badiashile and Trevoh Chalobah for the centre-back positions.
However, the Blues still look keen on bringing in a new central defender, with Huijsen one name on their shortlist.
Chelsea also have Marc Guehi on their radar, a graduate from the club’s famous academy.

Dean Huijsen wants move to Spain
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently claimed that Chelsea have a good relationship with Huijsen’s people.
However, that may not be enough to convince the 19-year-old to move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
According to Sky Sport CH, Huijsen wants a switch to Spain once the transfer window opens amid interest from Real Madrid.
Both the European champions and Barcelona are keen on Huijsen, who recently became a Spain international.
It means Chelsea may now have to start focusing on their alternatives, with Guehi and Ousmane Diomande a couple of other names on their shortlist.
Chelsea have an interest in Diomande and are hoping that they can sign the Sporting Lisbon star for £42m if they decide to make a move for him.

Chelsea also chasing Antoine Semenyo
Huijsen is not the only Bournemouth player who has caught Chelsea’s attention.
Chelsea could potentially sign Antoine Semenyo in a £34m deal following his exploits in the Premier League this season.
In 28 appearances, the 25-year-old has scored seven goals and provided four assists. Two of his goals have come against Chelsea and Manchester City, showing that he can produce in games against the very best teams in the division.
“He’s a powerful lad and has all the ability in the world,” Bournemouth midfielder Lewis Cook told BBC Sport last year.
Chelsea want a new right-footed winger and Semenyo fits that profile so do not be surprised to see him arrive in west London this summer, especially if he is only going to cost £34m. His teammate Huijsen, however, looks Spain bound in a blow for the Blues.
