The single mother has noted the flexibility of her role is what enabled her to stay fit. Her intense sessions after work is what allows her to spend quality time with her and stay in incredible shape.
Lucy noted how her journey into body building started and said: “The guys at the gym said I had potential, so I researched bodybuilding and thought, ‘why not give it a try?”
She said her amazing achievements are testament that hard work can achieve anything. She said: “It’s proof that with hard work, you can achieve anything.”
The mother has revealed the three core foundations of her success and said: “It’s all about willpower and time management.
“If you’re determined, you can make it happen.”

The muscular mommy has said that she doesn’t compete for titles. What she really competes for is to show her children and all women something bigger. Lucy strives to show that strength is not just physical but is also mental and emotional too.
The Ms Universe winner has revealed what drives her to continue training and stay dedicated to her sport.
Lucy revealed: “My love, my passion, what excites me, what gets me out of bed every day, what drives me, is this sport.”
She opened up about trials and tribulations she had whilst training and surrounding lack of energy and feelings of low self worth.

The mother said: “I used to feel tired, sluggish, no energy and pretty much worthless.”
Lucy elaborated she was able to beat these issues through finding a coach and changing her nutrition. On the change she said: “Until, I found a coach, changed my nutrition and trained hard.”
“Now I am more active than ever, have way more energy, feel alive, alert and doing so much more.”
Lucy has doubled down on her comments around how essentially good nutrition was to her fitness journey and said: “This is all down to nutrition and looking after me.”
