Ghanaian media personality Nana Yaa Brefo has announced the tragic loss of her mother.
Brefo took to social media on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, to announce share the tragic news to her followers and loved ones.
Sharing a photo of her mom, Nana Yaa Brefo wrote: “I know death is inevitable but hmmmmm mum,”
The tragic news left fans in shock with many expressing their condolences with the Onua TV host.
One comment on the post read: “Oh Nana, kafra accept my condolence,”
Another popular comment read, “Oh! My deepest condolence, dear,”
Some colleagues of hers including Ohemaa Woyeje and Akosua Sarpong, also left her heartfelt messages of condolences.
The tragic news comes weeks after similar news struck the Ghanaian man of God, Rev Obofour.
Obofour, head of the Anointed Palace Chapel, also lost his mother with the news being announced by his wife, Bofowaa Ciara.
Ciara shared the news of her mother-in-law’s passing on social media with a beautiful message of gratitude for all she did for her.
