Ghanaian dancer Lisa Quama recently shared details about her personal life in an interview on The Delay Show with Deloris Frimpong Manso.
The 22-year-old University of Ghana graduate spoke about her tomboy lifestyle, relationship status, and her appreciation for her mother.
During the interview, Lisa confidently stated that she has never been in a relationship with a man.
“I like hanging out with men, but I have never had any private moments with anyone,” she revealed.
She also addressed rumors about her being a tomboy, confirming them by explaining that she owns no female dresses in her wardrobe.
“I felt so strange the first time I wore makeup for my birthday shoot,” Lisa shared, adding that she only has one pair of high heels.
She expressed her comfort in dressing in a more masculine style, which has been a part of her identity for a long time.
When asked about speculation linking her romantically to a member of her dance team, Lisa was quick to dismiss the claims.
“I have never kissed any of my teammates. People assume things, but there is no truth in that,” she said.
Beyond her dance career, Lisa also spoke about a special gift she bought for her mother.
“I got my mom a brand-new car. It’s in her name because I bought it for her, but I still drive it around town sometimes,” she admitted with a laugh.
She explained that her mother had always supported her dreams, and the car was a way to show appreciation.
Following the interview, many social media users praised Lisa for her confidence and honesty.
One fan commented, “She’s so confident. I love how she speaks her truth without fear.”
Another said, “Lisa is more confident than many adults who have been on the Delay Show.”
Lisa’s unique style and personality have made her a standout figure in Ghana’s entertainment scene.
Despite some criticism on social media about her fashion choices, she remains unapologetically herself.
