According to YEN, The video, shared in celebration of Ghana Month, showcased Afronita leading the young dancers in a vibrant and energetic session. Clad in regal kente cloth, beads, and gold accessories, the group embodied the elegance of Ghanaian royalty. Afronita, who admitted it was her first time attempting the Kete dance, effortlessly executed the moves, earning cheers from her young protégés.
“Piawwww!!! Tried ‘Kete’ – an Akan traditional dance, for the first time. How did I do?” Afronita captioned the post, inviting her followers to rate her performance.
The AfroStar Kids, not to be outdone, also showcased their skills, mimicking Afronita’s moves with precision and enthusiasm. The video highlighted the academy’s commitment to preserving and promoting Ghanaian culture through dance.
