Michael Harry Yamson has been appointed the new Administrator of DACF
The government has appointed Michael Harry Yamson as the new Administrator of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF), tasking him with enhancing efficiency in the fund’s management.
Michael Harry Yamson is an experienced business strategist, governance expert, and marketing specialist with extensive experience in the corporate and advisory sectors.
He currently serves as a Board Member of Unichem Ghana Group and has been the Managing Partner at Ishmael Yamson & Associates since 2021.
The appointee has also held leadership roles at Unilever, Celtel International, and MTI Ghana Limited. He is recognized for his expertise in innovation, team leadership, and business development.
Michael Yamson is expected to improve the strategic allocation of the DACF, a vital funding mechanism for local governance and development projects across the country.
