When Marek Hajdukovich steps on the court for a game with the Dimond basketball team, the senior point guard is determined to represent not only the Lynx to the best of his ability, but also his family name, which is legendary in Alaska sports lore.
His father and assistant coach, Jim Hajdukovich, starred at Monroe Catholic high school and went on to have a Hall of Fame career playing at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
