Ghanaian media personality and social media commentator, MC Yaa Yeboah, has shared her thoughts on the ongoing divorce saga of Counsellor Charlotte Oduro.
Speaking in a recent interview on Peace FM, MC Yaa Yeboah revealed that she was not surprised to hear about Charlotte Oduro’s divorce. According to her, she has always believed that there is no universal formula for a successful marriage, as every relationship is unique and operates under different dynamics.
She further explained that this belief is precisely why she rarely pays attention to individuals who make a career out of advising others on how to sustain their marriages. In her view, no one has all the answers when it comes to relationships, and what works for one couple may not necessarily work for another.
Touching on Charlotte Oduro’s past stance on marriage, MC Yaa Yeboah noted that many people found her teachings on relationships to be rigid and, in some cases, unrealistic.
She recalled how the counsellor often encouraged women to endure hardships in marriage, urging them to stay even in difficult situations. With the recent turn of events, MC Yaa Yeboah suggested that the divorce serves as a reminder that no one, regardless of their expertise, is exempt from the realities of life.
She concluded by advising people to be cautious about the kind of marriage advice they take, emphasising that every individual must navigate their own relationship based on personal experiences rather than strictly adhering to external counsel.
