Chief of Staff Julius Debrah has been accused of strategically placing his close associates in key government positions as part of a broader plan to consolidate power and position himself for a future presidential bid.
A source within the corridors of power claims that these appointments are being made discreetly, without the full knowledge of President John Mahama, in what is seen as a grand scheme to “capture” the government.
