The new structure, announced via the club’s official platforms, places former player and coach Kwesi Appiah at the helm as the Head of Sporting Affairs. Drawing on his extensive experience, Appiah will oversee the club’s technical direction and sporting strategy, providing leadership to achieve Kotoko’s ambitious goals.
Club legend Malik Jabir has been appointed as Technical Director, tasked with shaping the club’s football philosophy and offering strategic guidance to enhance technical performance across all levels. His wealth of knowledge is expected to play a pivotal role in Kotoko’s development agenda.
Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum continues as Head Coach, leading the senior team in their quest for success in the Ghana Premier League and other competitions. Supporting him are specialized roles, including scouts, video analysts, and youth team coaches, highlighting the club’s emphasis on data-driven strategies and talent development.
