Popular Ghanian boxer and social media sensation, Bukom Banku, is seen in a widely circulated video physically assaulting a woman alleged to be his girlfriend. This comes after a 29-second video shared on Twitter by SIKAOFFICAL in which Bukom Banku is dressed in a kaftan hitting a middle-aged woman in a pink outfit. The woman, while trying to defend herself, ended up tearing Bukom Banku’s shirt. 
People seen in the video were trying all they could do to stop him from fighting the woman, but all efforts proved futile until he finally agreed to stop the fight. The fight was eventually broken up. The unfortunate incident has sparked immense outrage among netizens, who are calling for immediate legal action against the boxer.
