Private legal practitioner and a member of the Council of State, Sam Okudzeto has said that it is only the Supreme Court that has the power to interpret the Constitution, not Parliament.
Mr Okudzeto therefore expressed surprise that some lawyers who are Members of Parliament have issues with the Supreme Court ruling that stays execution of the ruling of the speaker that decades four seats vacant.
