Shatta Wale, together with other celebrities, showed up at Dr. Bawumia’s meeting with the entertainment industry, where he questioned the presidential candidate about his policies for people on the streets.
Fortunately for the ‘ghetto’ boys, Shatta Wale has shown that he was once part of them, and there is no way he is going to abandon them.
Dr. Bawumia looked forward to addressing the issues they had, and Wale didn’t disappoint. The Dancehall artist showed how intelligent and thoughtful he is after asking a critical question.
Edhub posted a video on his X account, and it has since gone viral. In the circulating video, Shatta Wale stood up and asked the aspiring president his plans for the ‘ghetto boys’. He added that most of these boys have no education but are willing to work diligently if given the opportunity, and so, what are the plans for such people? “What is the government putting in place for people like this?” he asked. The artist further added that these boys find it difficult to be in uniform to apply for jobs in the mining sector, agricultural sector, etc., and so, what is their future going to be like?

Also, he added that sometimes celebrities have to provide for such people because they tend to ask for something small whenever they meet them. This attitude can be stopped when they are provided with jobs.
