Liverpool could be ready to make moves in the January transfer window after a very quiet summer window under Arne Slot.
It remains to be seen what areas of the Liverpool squad Slot wants to improve, but one certainty is that new faces will be needed to keep up the title challenge.
Injury and fatigue are already playing a role this season, with Liverpool likely to soon hit a stumbling block.
A handful of areas could need improving upon, with the attack reportedly one of them as Liverpool reportedly eye a move for Omar Marmoush.
The Eintracht Frankfurt attacker can play anywhere across the front line, and could step up as a Mohamed Salah replacement.

Liverpool target Ademola Lookman open to January transfer
But he isn’t the only forward wanted at Anfield, with Sky Sports Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg reporting that Ademola Lookman is open for a new challenge, with a January move possible.
He wrote on X that his price tag is currently €25-30million (£21-25million), with Atalanta president Antonio Percassi having blocked a summer move for the 26-year-old.
Liverpool wanted to sign Lookman in the summer, but a move for the former Everton forward never materialised.

Should Liverpool try to sign former Everton winger Ademola Lookman?
Lookman has come on leaps and bounds in recent times, with the winger having really stepped up his game since his Charlton Athletic and Everton days.
The Nigeria international also lined out for the likes of Fulham, Leicester City and RB Leipzig before finally finding consistency at Atalanta.
But that could be brought to an end in January, particularly if Slot feels the need to find a long-term attacker given the expiring contract of Salah.
Lookman has, however, adopted a more central attacking role this season, with three goals and three assists to his name already.
There is, of course, the issue of the attacker having previously played for Everton, with a deal at Liverpool certain to go down badly with some of the Anfield faithful.
