The 2024/25 Ghana Premier League Week 6 encounter between FC Samartex and Nsoatreman FC has been postponed.
The match was scheduled to be played on Sunday, October 13, at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
Due to a heavy downpour, kick-off was delayed by the match officials for 30 minutes.
Subsequently, the match officials conduct a second inspection of the playing conditions to determine if it is safe and feasible to proceed.
Unfortunately, the match officials found out that the conditions will not be good for a football match.
As a result, a decision was taken for the match between FC Samartex and Nsoatreman FC to be postponed to Monday morning.
The match will kick off at 10:00 am.
“The match officials have informed both teams that the match will be postponed due to a heavy downpour, making the field unplayable.
“Consequently, the match has been rescheduled and will take place tomorrow morning at 10: 00 AM,” the host, FC Samartex announced in a post on X.
